Back view, again, superb detailing.

Amazing design, especially as it's only the box.

From an angle (trying to avoid the glare from the camera!).

Along with a "letter".

The amazing diary (inside the package).

Packaging/Contents Review:

This is just an amazing edition. Really. It comes with so many things, and evidently a lot of detail, time and effort has been put into each and every piece. The box alone has amazing detail and is very fitting for a Halo game. And the model - WOW! - such a stunning piece, painted with immaculate detail. It truly is an amazingly detailed model.

The diary, is also an amazing part of this edition (and if you can't bear to spend the money on the full Legendary Edition, this is still included in the much cheaper Limited Edition). Highly detailed, and has loads of information, and drawings (and tea-rings, ha!). It really does look like an actual diary. Very, very impressive.

In the back of the diary, there is a small compartment containing many extra items: the Noble Teams' "Candidate Records", a DNA card, a UNSC card, a UNSC patch, loads of images, etc. Despite the high price of this edition (although I believe they have now gone down in price), you definitely get your money's worth.

Only one downside, and that is - the model comes fully built, with the exception of the guns not being attached (and in one or two cases, guns/hands), and trying to attach them is actually pretty difficult. Once they are attached, they look great, but I just feel that they are quite fragile - so I'd advise that this model is kept well out of reach of children, pets and clumsy girlfriends :).
